Okay I got it, here it's like a 100°F here which is about 40°C
Your tire pressure seems fine for me in that weather. As Tora said its propably bad tires. Buy MC18 or MC75

on SAVA/Mitas slicks we are running 22F/19R psi hot pressure on the kart tracks
