2002 Derbi Scooter. 49 cc. 1030 miles, barely used. Electric start. Recently completely serviced after years of non use at Go Green Scooters in Boston. My son drove it daily to school after that...Runs great. Scooters under 50 cc do not need license plate, just a sticker from DMV.
Rear right break is not working but easily fixed. Upgraded exhaust system allows scooter to go up to 45 mph.

Hey there, This is a very rare and wonderfully running scooter! Not a cheap Chinese one. Derbi is a sister company to Piaggio and Vespa. One of the best makers 50cc out there! The scooter is a lightening bolt and will cruise up to over 50mph! Its an oil injected (self mixing) 2 stroke with only 750 actual miles on her! Front and rear disc brakes and water cooled! Starts right up with electric start with kick for backup. (new battery) All lights, gauges, and horn are working great. Locking seat is good for storage. Excellent for keeping up with traffic and riding with 2 people. Loads of power! Racing scooters at its best! Some small blemishes and scuffs to account for. Registered and sold with a bill of sale in Colorado which I will provide. Street legal!
